Swimming in Success: How our Online Presence Helps Us Serve Our Customers

Between great deals, seasonal sales and photos of beautiful installations, the content on our website is always changing and evolving. We want to always spend most of our time serving our customers and providing swimming pools that meet their needs, so updating a website and blog can become burdensome if it’s not made easy.

We worked with a custom web solutions company on some of Kayak Pools Midwest marketing a while back, and so we expressed our desire to have a great swimming pools website full of valuable information, and easy to manage on our end.

They stepped up to the plate big time.

We run multiple marketing campaigns each year. Like right now, summer is winding down, and so we’re offering a huge end-of-season swimming pool sale. Smallbox built a content management system for us that allows us to update our own content, whenever we want, and easily integrates with our other marketing efforts. We took all of our web content off of the old system and plugged it all into this new CMS.

Life is so much easier now that we can focus on what we truly enjoy – serving our customers’ swimming pool needs! Now, whenever we need to make an update to our site, it takes a few minutes.

With Smallbox’s help, we were able to create a place online that features our beautiful swimming pools and customers through photos, video a blog and more. Our website is better-organized and easier for visitors to navigate through.

This project just goes to show that if your goals are clear and you partner with the right people, the end result can be something you’re proud of.
